Yeast Rash On Face

Someone else has a seborrheic dermatitis? its what Ive been suffering from almost 16 years now. flakey red rash around my nose, my upper lip, chin and eyebrows. its damn painful and embarrassing itch! I gave up the perscription creams dermatologist doen they just seem to do anything. I use the shampoo on my face nizeral in the shower and it gives relief minor. My question for someone else with this problem, what do you use or not? do you doubt it is an allergic reaction to a food type, I suspected dairy in the past but its almost imposible for me to cut more than a few days. then theres the argument almighty, is this a fungus or yeast. tell me what you think it is and why.
