20 year limited warranty

Windsor Window Company, as manufacturer, warrants all the Windsor and heritage windows and doors as standard will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that significantly impair their functioning and their proper use, subject to the conditions described below, as follows:

Glazing - 20 years

Windsor Window Co. warrants the insulated glass in our window and patio door products are free from manufacturing defects for 20 years from the date of manufacture. Our insulated glass is warranted not to develop, under normal conditions, there was no material vision defects or as a result of premature failure of the joint border.

Windsor offers glass replacement, without charge, for the first ten (10) years of the warranty period. For ten seconds (10) years of the warranty period, the replacement glass will be supplied to a load of 50% of the price, then the current list.

HARDWARE - 20 years

Window and door hardware components are generally manufactured by others and purchased by Windsor for the use of our products. We do, however, offers a limited warranty against defects, under normal conditions, for 20 years from the date of manufacture (except polished brass hardware). Windsor will provide replacement equipment at no charge for the first ten (10) years of the warranty period. For ten seconds (10) years of the warranty period, the replacement equipment will be supplied to a load of 50% of the price, then the current list. Since we buy these items from others, we can not guarantee that the exact model or design of the equipment will be available in the future.

Exterior painted surfaces, aluminum - 5 years

Windsor warrants that the paint off aluminum clad products will not, under normal atmospheric conditions, Peel, control, crack, or flake for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacture. The paint performance depends on the facility in a heavy salt spray environments, altitude, direction, altitude and other atmospheric conditions. If paint failure should occur, Windsor reserves the right to determine the best method for corrective action.

All other components - 5 years

Windsor guarantee these items are free from defects, under normal conditions, for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacture. Windsor will provide replacement parts free of charge during the warranty period.

This limited warranty will be voided by one of the following conditions:

Improper installation of the window or door unit
inadequate protection, inadequate or untimely and / or finish all exposed wood surfaces
Installing an application in non-vertical or inclined
Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse
Modification or use for purposes other than those for which it was intended
Application of any hue, UV limit or solar film on the inside or outside of the glass
Using shades film
Be used in or on ships, boats, trailers, caravans, swimming pools, saunas or greenhouses
Installing more than 3,500 feet above sea level, at the lower altitudes breather tubes have been installed at the factory
Failure to properly complete all exterior wood surfaces and all interior surfaces within 60 days of installation according to industry standards methods for the completion or failure to properly maintain the finish line
