Do the foot pads kinoki really get rid of toxic chemicals in our body? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detoxification_foot_pads
Quote:
Pads containing certain ingredients are placed on feet during sleep allegedly pull toxins from the body. The amount of "soil" which appears on the keyboard in the morning is cited as proof that the toxins have been eliminated. Since the same effect can be created by wetting the button with water [1], skeptics consider these blocks a form of pseudo-science.
I'm not falling for it .. lol. Because fundamentally, your feet will be just "sweat" at night to curb the ... same effect by pouring water on it.
