Toasty Feet Caring for Your Feet For most of us, our feet carry us until our last days, but so few of us consider taking care of this very important part of the body. After all, who looks at your feet? Well to begin, there are people who have a thing for feet, but it is also the point! Add a few foot care in your plan, from now on, give your pampered the Footsies they need you're ready to be next summer. Here's how to get started: Start by massaging your feet every night with coconut oil, to help them relax and keep them soft and supple. For next winter, switch to heat the sesame oil in mustard oil for a grilled feast. If you like walking barefoot, you've probably noticed that the rough surfaces or lots of exposure of bare feet in the sun, wind or water causes cracks on the heels and soles, causing drought and roughness of the feet. To address this, it takes about three c. Tea with honey and mix one teaspoon of sesame oil in it, warm and apply to the affected areas of your feet. Here is a natural cleanser that I like is terrible for your feet because of its natural moisture and antibacterial qualities: wet feet and use 1 tsp soup of organic clover honey in a warm, damp washcloth. Rub your feet carefully all, be sure to get between all the toes and around nails. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then, think of a foot bath, which is a great way to take care of the skin and add it to your well-being. Soaks soften dry skin and invigorate tired feet. After soaking, moisturize with a good moisturizer. Here's one of my favorite foot soaks after a long summer day: 4 cups of hot milk, 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt, 2 tablespoons of sweet almond oil and 3 drops of oil essential mint added to a hot water foot bath. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes. Posted on February 14, 2010.
