I have been an MT for 3 years now and I have been insufficient severe back pain strain. I always had a backache (hereditary), but after each client, the pain is more excrusiating. I recently had to muscle relaxers, radiology, thermophore, etc. .. this diagnosis is inflammation of my facets. I had to call all my customers today and tell them that I'm taking a break. I do not want at all, my marriage is over in a month and a half. So my question is, do you have back pain to work on clients? My hands really does not bother me, just my back. I have to take care of me now Ive decided.

When you perform a massage, it is extremely difficult to do one without leaning slightly forward. Maybe you have more compenrsating and lower back extension is compress all facets and irritating.
Do you have a great depth curve in the lower back.
Some osteopathy or chiropractic may be helpful in reducing symptoms and allow you to continue your work.

Get a massage every week. back problems are not hereditary. You may be predisposed to genetic thing, but if you take care of yourself you will not get them - like diabetes is hereditary, but not everyone with diabetes in the family it is. You can use it as an excuse if you want.

Exercise to strengthen core. Go on a diet anti-inflammatory .. and do other things to reduce stress. It is probably the fact that you are getting married soon because it is a major life change, more than anything.

Get enough sleep. Use herbal anti-inflammatories such as K-Prex or phytoprophen.

Stretch and exercise regularly.

Changing the height of the table is one thing. You must also learn to use your body weight and balance your body on your feet and use your legs to exert pressure.

Ask someone to watch your posture when to massage. You may not be aware of what your body is made.

It is also your psychological effort and how you work on someone.
