Stop Acne

Stop AcneSTOP ACNE ????????????

My gf has been having acne for a long period. It is now mid 20s, and acne is still active. How to stop it? Please help.

First, you need to do a blood test to see if her thyroid is normal and does not have fibroids or irregular periods. Check hameoglobin (RBC) as well.
As you follow diet without dairy, no chocolate, red meat or eggs, alcohol, should have more fruits and vegetables and water. Occasionally, you can eat chicken in moderation too boiled or roasted.
No fried foods and no junk.
No artificial sweeteners at all. It must be like if you gave up eating pastries and cakes and biscuits.
Try warm water with lemon in it everymorning on an empty stomach can be two to three glasses of warm water and nothing should go inside your stomach an hour later.
Also avoid overeating and chew your food intake almost like paste before swallowing.
Avoid very hot showers, water must be near the temperature of your body.
Exercise in moderation, especially running.
You can not stop them, can not simply put under control the healthy lifestyle and quality
Hope this helps.

I had the same problem I suffered with my horrible acne for years and nothing seemed to work I tried and I tried everything srsly! Then finally I convinced my mother to take me to the dermatologist .. meminocycline he prescribed a pill that I took once a day for several months. He also prescribed me Duac topical gel for use at night to use Differin in the morning. He warned me that first, for about 2 weeks, my face was red and dry and rly icky but after that my acne disappeared. He was right! the dry red ickyness lasted a little over 2 weeks, but once I have more than my skin was finally clear! I can use Differin and Duac topical gel daily and said that I would probably need to continue to use it in my 20s. Your GF rly should go to the dermatologist I would have gone wayy earlier than me.

If this is an ongoing problem for her, it may be necessary to seek medical advice, a doctor may be able to prescribe creams, lotions or medications to help. Some health professionals may also be able to offer practical help, such as light therapy (similar to using sun lamps)
