I want a program of actions bargaining powerful software that I can practice with that is the real deal (or as close to it as possible).

There are several platforms of virtual trading out there that allow you to test your trading strategies. They typically give a fixed amount of "virtual money" to place orders with ID, using quotes delayed exchange.

I use TD Ameritrade Strategy Desk. It is both false and true. You can see if what you have been right for any period. Yahoo! Funding can be used to make fictitious portfolios and see how they do. I used Fcharts and Gannalyst. I like the latter because it is configurable to my needs. There were others, but not worth mentioning.
