However, if you are a competent and trusted handyman that you may find these instructions in order to supplement the information provided by your leasing business equipment.

Equipment You will need:
1. Drum Floor Sander belt or
2. Disc Edger Sander
3. Rotary Floor Buffer / Manager
4. Vacuum
5. Sandpaper (fine, medium, coarse grade)
6. Grade 120 mesh screen with Disc Pad
7. blow hammer and nail
8. Crow Bar
9. Hand scraper
10. Dust mask, goggles, ear plugs

Soil Preparation
1. Remove any molding quadrant edges of the floor. Use a small
wooden wedge between the baseboard and the crowbar to avoid damaging the
plinth.
2. Repair or replace loose boards by gluing and / or nailing.
3. Counter Sink all protruding nail heads with nail set.
4. Vacuum regularly debris.

Sanding the floor
New floors (recently installed or slightly worn)
Start sanding: (abrasives, Grit 36-2)
Afix the pad / sheet sander, in accordance with the manufacturer of the machine and make sure it is neither too tight nor too loose. Position of the sander along the wall in the grain of the wood, with about two thirds the length of the floor in front of you.
(1). Start the engine and gently move the drum down on the floor. Walk slowly forward at a greater pace. As you near the wall, gradually increasing the balloon speech. If you start to notice the sanding rate is down, your abrasive sheet or pad is probably clogged or worn. Stop sanding and replace it with a new one. If you continue to work with a worn or clogged abrasive sheet or pad, you will eventually burn or damage your floor!

(3). When sanding the main surface is full use of the machine edge sander to sand the walls or baseboards and areas where the sander can not access. SECOND SANDING Abrasives (Fine Grit 80-0)
