Plantar Fasciitis Orthotics

Plantar Fasciitis OrthoticsOrthotics for plantar fasciitis?

I have custom orthotics for plantar fasciitis. Am I suppose to take the insoles that are already in my shoes and leave them in and put braces on top of them?

I have orthotics and customized for faciitis and if his habit and have been molded to your feet like mine that you want to take the shoe transplanting. Mine include a hard shell to provide a bow and there is a foam pad attached to it. They make a world of difference, enjoy!

Depending on the length of orthotics and design depends if you need to take your shoes or shoe.

For example, if you have a full length brace (the same length as the base), then take the insoles and replace them with orthotics foot.

If you have a foot long 3 / 4 orthotics, you can sit on the sole of the shoe already in the space needs it. If you have 3 / 4 orthotics to try them with the soles in and out with the sole. Comfort and maintenance of foot orthotics is very important.

You must ensure that the orthotics are seated in the shoe correctly and sit right back in the shoe.

I hope this answers your question.

Sincerely,
Lloyd
