Permanent Make Up Removal

Hi Does somebody have an idea of how the laser hair removal and permanent makeup cost? let's say I want my legs and my armpits and some facial hair and permanent makeup I want to line my eyebrows and my lips.

Laser hair removal: (approximately) $ 400
Permanent Makeup price ranges from $ 150 to $ 800

all I have to say that the permanent makeup is in place as the eyebrows look really really ugly .. my mother has them and they look bad and this lady in my school has them and they look really bad
