I worked in a perfume shop for about six months so I hope I can be a little help. There is no difference between what you buy into an outlet, as opposed to a mall. Many fragrances are surplus to the exit of companies, many of them even come in boxes of unused tester which are actually cheaper than buying one in the original pacakaging. Some perfumes (D & G light blue, love, Armani, Gucci, Prada) are more expensive for buyers to obtain, but they are real, not imitation! the store I worked in imitation perfumes were on the counter and not on the wall behind him, so there is a good way to tell right from wrong ... hope this helped?

If it is an outlet for the manufacturer of perfume, then it is the same thing. As you get Burberry London and you go to a Burberry factory shop, then it will still Burberry London. Otherwise, I'd probably just buy the perfume in the bank and deal with the extra price.

if it seems cheap, and it has a smell of cheap perfume from the shopping centers are a little more expensive but can be useful if they smell good
