Nail almond and Jojoba Cuticle
The oil of this treatment to trap moisture for dry or chapped hands. The honey will condition and strengthen your nails.
Recipe:
2 tablespoons almond oil
2 tablespoons jojoba oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons organic honey
E oil 1 teaspoon vitamin or more capsules of vitamin E stoned
Mix all ingredients. Soak your nails, hands and feet in warm water for 10 minutes, then pat dry. Massage the treatment lotion into your hands and feet, concentrating on the nails and cuticles. Wash your hands and feet again and again, and again after a bath or shower.
This recipe makes enough cream to the skin for the biological treatment with 4 hands or 2 hands and feet. To make an organic face cream that is not as heavy, reduce the amount of honey and oil, then add water.
Moisturizing Apricot Oil Hand
Apricot oil is particularly effective on skin that is prematurely aged, dry, sensitive or inflamed - making it ideal for all those fighting against sun damage.
Recipe:
6 dried apricots
2 cups water, preferably distilled
1 ounce grated beeswax
1 cup apricot oil
oil ½ cup coconut
½ cup aloe vera gel
5 Vitamin E capsules, broken open
In a saucepan, bring water and dried apricots to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Set aside to cool. Then, in a water bath, it took more simmering water or in a heavy saucepan set over low heat. Combine the beeswax, apricot oil and coconut oil, then cook, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes. Then pour the mixture into a glass container and set aside.
Pour the water and apricots in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth, discard the solids and return the leftover liquid in the blender. Add vitamin E oil and aloe vera gel. Blend this mixture at low speed.
Slowly stir the mixture of beeswax in the blender and continue doing so until it has the consistency of frosting. Pour hand moisturizer into jars and store in a cool place. The mixture will thicken as it cools. Apply the final product of your hands every time you wash.
Cucumber Cold Cream
This particular cold cream is very refreshing. cucumber juice, a mild astringent, is perfect for cleaning sensitive skin. Lanolin, which is more like a wax oil, absorbs and retains water in the skin.
Recipe:
2 small cucumbers, peeled and halved
1 cup of lanolin
almond oil ¼ cup
½ cup boiling water
Place cucumbers in a blender and mix well until liquefied. Slowly add boiling water to the cucumber liquid and set it aside to cool. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the lanolin. Remove from heat and, stirring constantly, gradually add the almond oil. Skip the cucumber pulp into a cheesecloth or sieve, and preserve the juice.
Gradually add the cucumber juice to the lanolin and oil mixture while continuing to stir. Keep the cream in a small glass or plastic container and store in your refrigerator. This organic facial cream is ideal to replenish the skin after a hard night or stressful period in your life.
