Mutual Fund Quotes

Wondering why my quotes mutual funds are not seen any movement on my portfolio on Yahoo? It indicates that the last update March 5.

Mutual fund share prices (NAV) is recalculated once per working day. You will not see an update until this evening. A traditional mutual funds do not trade like a share in stock prices bouncing up and down during the trading day.

prices of mutual funds are updated once a day - 3 / 5 is Friday - you won, t see a change until very late Monday night or Tuesday morning - the mutual fund companies investment to wait for the stock market close and they update all the prices of stocks, bonds and cash they hold and the number of shares they each have at the end of the day - they could be buying and selling shares every day - it takes time to update all data

March 6 and 7 were the weekend so there was no movement. They do not report numbers on March 8 at least until 4pm. Usually there is some delay in posting the numbers, so you probably will not see the numbers until March 8 tonight 6-8pm.
