Metatarsal Joint

I have been using the Wii Fit (barefoot) for 1 week and beat my feet and I have a particularly bad point tenderness in anterior metatarsal / phalange joint. (Base of the big toe on the top / side where the big toe meets the foot) Anyone have this condition formally diagnosed by a podiatrist?
