MarketplaceInflamed Achilles Tendon Inflamed Achilles tendon ... can not go to the gym? I have too much stress on my Achilles tendon going to the gym. I had my feet checked today and the doctor says it's because my body is not accustomed to such activity. I was wondering if anyone had happened? How long have you had to wait before returning to the gym? And what can I do to be my workout without putting more pressure on my foot? Do not force the moment. warm water with salt can contribute in some measure to relieve pain.it must have normality as is own.have patience and do not do something that will aggravate the situation.it should go well in one week. It happened like a year ago, I started jogging in the morning, but after one week I could not bear the pain and that I should be in bed like 4 days, after a week I could walk again and never went to jog right again.Weird? But the pain was unbearable! I have a chronic inflammation of my chest that comes and goes. It should not delay at all. Rest for 2-3 days and soak your feet / ankle / hot water slightly warm.
