Height Increase ForumIs it really effective to increase the height stretching?

For 2 days I was looking for people who have really progressed inches stretching. I could not find credible answers and intelligible. If you tried, can you please tell me if it really true? How many inches have you gained? How many months? Is a 15-minute morning and 15 minutes stretching into the night enough? Or could you take me to a forum with success stories? Btw, this question applies to a woman over 18. No 17 and below. Thank you.
