Heel Spur Pain

I am a runner and I have a heel spur right foot. I placed a cup heel of my shoe and offer some relief but I still have pain. Any other use there? And, no! I do not want to stop running either!

The best treatment is to go to a podiatrist and they will be able to resolve the problem. They keep you coming back as soon as possible.

I had this for a couple of years. I went to a podiatrist, tried everything he suggested to include fitted orthotics in my shoes. Nothing helped. Finally I stopped trying to do better and it went away itself. Weird, I know. However, some treatments may work for you if it's worth trying. Find a podiatrist and go. Good luck.
