Foot Pain Ball Of Feet

Sometimes when I wear shoes, even for a few hours. When I wear thongs I get some relief for some time but the pain comes after a few hours of being on my feet. It is very painful and my feet are throbbing and the heat radiates off them like they were beaten.

I do not know me but maybe you should consult your doctor. You can have poor circulation and who knows.
