Today I am pleased to have the opportunity to interview Dr. Richard Harte, who is famous for collecting the National Guild of Hypnotists trains "the training program. But most do not know that it is one of the most successful trainers and business consultants in the profession of hypnotism.

I knew Mr. Harte for many years and actually went through his journey to become a National Guild of Hypnotists Certified Instructor in 1999. It has influenced the development of system of 5-PATH ® Hypnotherapy convinced me that the hypnotic quality just to test depth, and therefore, I am a strong supporter of this test and have built-in both open and secret (in the form of convincers) in this process. 5-PATHers around the world can thank him for making a substantial contribution to the success we have with our customers.

Mr. Harte has probably trained more people on how to train others to become hypnotists and hypnotherapists than anyone on Earth. However, few people know about the nature of his private practice, which is probably one of the most successful in the profession. And what makes his practice differs most from his approach is to work with businesses. I will ask him about this unique component to his practice that I think you will find of interest.

Cal Banyan: So, Mr. Harte Thanks for doing this interview. I think we all have much to learn. Ok, now let me do things in this interview, I know you've been a great success working with companies, and you call the kind of work you do with these companies "consulting". What is a business consultant in the context of what you do and teach?

Dr. Richard Harte: A consultant working with companies small-medium size companies to offer training programs in sales training persistence, coaching, stress management, accountability and consulting organization.

Cal: I can really see how a business can benefit from a hypnotist as a consultant, especially when it comes to stress management, accountability, and persistence. And you say that you recommend the hypnotist Consultants Focus on small and medium enterprises. Can you tell us more about this, because I think that knowing that companies work with a great place to start?

Harte: Start by identifying the company by name and industry and the number of employees and the nature of their business. For example, a manufacturing company of 10 employees would not be as good as a customer service organization such as advertising or public relations agency.

Cal: So, it is preferable if the corporation has enough employees to be able to pay and use your services, but not so large that they are unaffordable. That makes sense.

All this makes me curious about your background and how you developed this idea and eventually became a business consultant.
