Epsom Salt Psoriasis

Someone responded to my question about HOW to my relief psoriasis in my scalp called Jump In The Cause OCEAN salt water will help. I read on other sites, but live 8 HOURS a beach, so my question is ... CAN I USE Epsom salt or something to wash my hair at home, and get the same results?

I would try Epsom salts. I have psoriasis on my leg and I was soaking in it for about a week and I'm clear. Stumbled upon your questions, because I'm looking up why it works. I tried all sorts of creams and steroids to calm inflammation. Now, it appears that Epsom salt seems to work better than any other! The other thing that seems to help the sun shines.
