Cucumber Face Cream

not just a simple cream of cucumber (combining with other ingredients), but we need more special cream, you know, thats hard to do. pls help. Thank you

but if you want to get rid of bags under the eyes, my sister used to bond two spoons in the freezer as 10 minutes to remove them and put them under your eyes until the cold chills.
She said it works, and I did it once .. but I had Hardley noticeable bags.
