MarketplaceBeauty Salon Business Beauty Salon Business Plans - Are they worth it? I want you to be honest. 1. Have you already written a beauty salon / spa business plan? 2. If so - do you care? Unlike almost every bit of advice you'll ever get, I submit to you that business plans are a waste of time ... You might as well get a big fat marker, scribble a waste load of about A4 paper, staple and put it on a shelf instead. It's a hell of a lot faster and just as useful. If you are not yet open your beauty salon, hair salon, nail salon or spa and research financing, you may well think that I lost my marbles. There is no way a bank lends you money without a business plan beauty salon ! Could be true. But having such a plan beauty salon business is not the answer. What is a bank wants to know is: 1. If you are trustworthy. 2. Can you get enough customers to repay???? And the best way to demonstrate it is to prove that you know how to get as many clients as you'll ever need! They do not care what your mission statement is a beauty salon - or anyone other than you. They do not care about graphics with this line and this line goes here goes here and if I change it, it goes here. Waste a time ----..... So instead you should go about you DEMONSTRATE how to get all those customers who pay you handsomely beautiful for your high quality treatment and products. How can you do?
