Baby Waterproofs

I'm having trouble removing my waterproof mascara, and fantasy makeup removers do not work for me. I tried using baby oil and it worked well, but people tell me that you should never use it on your eyes. ???

Ive got makeup remover wipes, not sure by the WHO, but they are in a package of lavender. anyway they work pretty well for me, but I wear waterproof mascara NYC
