Aloe Moisturizer

I do not have lip balm / Vaseline / Carmex right now and my lips are chap. Can I use Cetaphil facial moisturizer or aloe vera gel on my lips?

just your standard moisturizer works aloe vera thing too so it isn't that bad taste so it might not work as well as some of the gloss type things, but better than nothing if it bothers you
