Adult Back Acne

My boyfriend recently received a lot of pimples and ingrown hairs on the back .. she began a month ago and it is getting worse, it is in the middle of his back all the way and fell on his shoulders .. There kond soap or anything that isn't tha very expensive, we can try to dispel? He is really upset about it because it has a nice body and loves swimming and other things with his shirt, but refuses to take his shirt around the people today!
