I recommend Neutrogena Skin Clearing, it is gentle on the skin and does not dry the skin, so it is suitable for your skin looking pale. Try not to touch your face too often, when your hands are not clean because it can spread the bacteria on the face and causes of acne.

I highly recommend a skin care line called philosophy. My skin is clear and well it seems to work best. They sell many things from Wash the face to catch up. I went from the proactive philosophy purity made simple [name of] washing and noticed a huge difference. Hope this helps =]

You and I are in the same boat. For the past month, I had the worst acne I've ever had - somewhere around 3 zits on my forehead, about four small ones on my left cheek (right after my right cheek cleared!) And a big one on my chin. Fortunately, they all go away now - I have not heard, but over the last two years (I started to break when I was 15 years old), I have accumulated quite a few red marks from past zits . My mother gave me some Retin-A% 05, get rid of zits and red marks, just to use as a spot treatment on my zits and marks (not on my entire face). Even use it that much, it made my face too dry and red, so I'm bumping in the night once or every other night. However, the only places where it was dried reddenned the flat red marks. The buttons themselves have fallen very well and does not seem to propagate a chain reaction more zits. However, Retin-A is a very harsh prescription product. I got it from my mother, but I do not think any doctor would prescribe it for mild acne. If you do not go into things heavy me suggest you follow this advice:

- Cut the multivitamin to your diet, because they have been known to cause acne. Also, stop taking any product or medicine with iodine as an ingredient, such as kelp, because it causes acne mass.
- Green and white teas can help reduce acne. Coffee and soft drinks, however, can cause breakouts. Apart from this, however, the majority of junk food are not really affect the eruptions, but they are certainly not help, either.
- Be very gentle on the face, and avoid touching your zits at all. constant irritation of the skin causes the bacterium to spread the zits - so many buttons sometimes arise in clusters or rows, causing a chain reaction. "Also, avoid washing your face with products that make your skin tingle or burn, like.
