Chinese Herbal Medicine treatment of acne? I tried many things to try to get rid of my mild acne. (Buttons on my chin) Proactiv, Murad, presentations, and still no results I would like to see. I am only 16 but she has a horrible impact on my confidence, I want clear skin so bad!
I was looking on the internet today that the Chinese herbal medicine can do wonders for the skin. Has anyone tried or know if its good? If not what would you suggest I do?

Maybe you should try to relax on the cleaners.
Like any other body, your skin oils become heavier and thicker, it gets used, or in this case, must be replaced.
Sometimes, too much cleaning (brushing) can cause your skin to produce more oil, as your body can not understand why it is being robbed.
Also, lay off the sodas and colas. I pretty much stopped earlier, and it did wonders for me.
Try drinking a little water, too. It will take some of this shit clogging the pores of your system when you urinate (which must be clear).
Oh, and go easy on fried and breaded foods, too.
It takes a concerted effort and a few weeks, but if you actually do all these instead of simply saying you're going, you can actually get much clearer skin.
No shit out necessary price!
