you could get a lot of different brands for the general and common to a question. from my experience (I used maybe 4 or 5 marks when I had acne, including Proactiv) Cetaphil is the best facial cleanser for my skin, and I continue to use every When I take my shower. Neutrogena has worked well for about a year and then completely stopped working, and Proactiv irritated my skin and caused more buttons from the start. I strongly recommend you first try Cetaphil, Neutrogena and Cetaphil second if not working.

I would not limitation Proactiv. If you use it regularly as recommended, I think he did a great job. If over the counter stuff does not work, consult a dermatologist.

I had problems with acne,
Do you have a Boots (pharmacy) near you?, Thats the only place where they sell the product as far as I know.
Get the Pan Oxyl 2.5 gel (with cream)
Then one night before bed, get a good wash, moisturize, then apply the cream (moisturizing cream may cause stains on dry skin)
Give him a couple of weeks, it works a treat!
If you have no boots near you, try looking for acne cream pan oxyl on eBay or Amazon ..
Its very good.
