Achy Feet

I just got a new job where I work 10 to 12 hours a day and im always on the move .... I barely get to sit down and at the end of the day my mind would kill me. they hurt so bad and nothing can make the pain go away. I tried Epsom salts and creams, foot massage .... Someone else has a magic bullet cure for achy feet hurt?

I'm in the same situation. I have no idea how to keep my feet hurt in the first place, but a foot long soaking my feet really helps to relax. The pain is not completely disappear, but so I can flex and walk without pain such. > __ <Maybe get one of these "foot bath luxury"? I have one tonight and it was incredible.

Roll a cold soda can come and go under your feet. The cold and massage motion make a big difference! Also, invest in good shoes, they make a huge difference:)

Stretch your feet a few times a day. Wear comfortable shoes, shoe soles use if you need it. soak and a good message should work.
